High School Seniors Can Get a Jumpstart on College

Çàɬֱ²¥ Parish high school seniors who want to get started with college can do so at UL Çàɬֱ²¥ this fall.

Applications are still being accepted for the Fall 2007 Jumpstart Program. Qualified high school seniors can enroll in up to two UL Çàɬֱ²¥ courses including Psychology 110, Sociology 100 and Geology 105.

Çàɬֱ²¥s must be on track to complete the Board of Regents (TOPS) Core, have a 2.75 cumulative GPA, and ACT scores of an 18 in English, an 18 in Math and a 21 composite.

Çàɬֱ²¥s receive college credit and high school credit for courses. The only cost is a $25 application fee. Çàɬֱ²¥s in Jumpstart will not have to re-apply to UL Çàɬֱ²¥ following high school graduation.
